Bumps Lining the Tip or Opening of my Penis

About a month ago I was tested for everything and my results showed up negative. I was nervous about some bumps that had showed and that appeared to be  on the sides of my penis and I became paranoid that every bump to show up anywhere on my face was exactly the same, some infectious disease. I was happy and thankful that everything was ok until again I have a similar issues with bumps lining the urethral opening of my penis. Its not the entire opening, just like on one side of the opening. They are small, the color of the skin its which they are raised from. They don't seem to have any fluid in them and they just showed up. I noticed them when I felt that the skin of the opening of my penis was unusually sensitive to the touch of the fabric in my boxers. I had recently had a one time occurring sexual event with someone I've known for over a year now but am not exactly close with. We didn't go completely through with it because there weren't any condoms available but insertion and contact was made. I haven't asked her yet if she has a disease I should've known about but I need to know have caught something this time. They are not large and you really have to look closely to see them. They just appeared and my interaction with my female friend was maybe a week ago. They don't appear to be spreading and are not painful. And this region was sensitive to touch for a small amount of time and then stopped. What could it be?

This really doesn't sound like a std.

Also, I have noticed an increase in sneezing and a sore throat as well as a runny nose or congestion. But this might be typical symptoms from my Asthma during this season of the year that I'm confusing as a cold or fever.
