Bumps on the penis.

Hi all new to these forums, but seems like a good site to get some answers.
A few months ago I had gotten oral sex from a good friend who was a girl.  A bit later I started getting bumps.  Sometimes it would itch but for like a day.  It looks like a ingrown hair, but I would not shave my pubic hair and it still comes.  I would wake up with a few bumps, but for the most part it doesn't looks like any of the pictures I've seen, and it's only happening to the left side of my pubic region.  It's coming up on different parts of that area.  I've researched a bit, and heard it could be jock itch, or a heat rash (this is my first FULL summer in Arizona and I do move a lot.)  I'm pretty nervous and would like some clarity from the good people here.  Thank you all! (Also can I put a picture that has the bumps?)

It's not likely at all to be due to herpes.  Since they've been going on for some time now and are bothering you because you don't know what they are, follow up on them with a provider in your area for a proper exam and better answers.
