Burning,stinging pain in penis

I had intense burning, stinging pain in penis for 20 minutes after urination yesterday. I went to the emergency room and they tested me for URI and STD. The URI came back negative and now I have to wait 3 days for results of STD.I have urinated about 10 times since pain yesterday  and havent had any reoccuring pain. For the last 6 months I noticed I have frequent urination. There is never any pain when I urinate. No other symptoms. I did have unprotected sex one night 7 weeks ago and once 6 months ago. What is your opinion on this. This

when you have pain with herpes, it's constant pain. not just something you'd have for 20 minutes and then not again.

since you had unprotected sex 7 weeks ago, your gonorrhea, chlamydia, trich, ngu and syphilis testing is accurate. you need to wait 3 months post encounter for herpes, hiv and hepatitis testing to be accurate.
