herpes or anxiety +

hey everyone. Im a 25 y/o male in decent health. My question: On tuesday january 14th I got pretty intoxicated and slept with a girl I've known for awhile but never intimately. She performed unprotected oral on me for around 15min and then we had protected sex for another 30min. The sex was pretty rough and dry because of our intoxication. After the event we both passed out from 3am-7am. On Friday the 17th i got extremely intoxicated again but no sexual events. On january 18th I noticed a very mild tingle at the tip of my penis under the urethra after masturbating. The tingle was on and off for the next few days. On tuesday the 21st jan, I noticed a small bump on the gland of my penis that was only noticable because of an erection and did not urt or itch or tingle.. I, being the clever person I am decided to stab the bump with a unsterile needle thinking it might be a pimple idk. I don't quite remember but I don't believe any liquid came from it.
After stabbing it the bump became sensitive to the rubbing of clothing but no true pain. The next day(wednesday) 10am I went to the clinic and the PA said it did not look like a Herpes infection. Instead she sprayed liquid nitrogen on it to test for mulluscom and she sprayed a dry skin spot on the top of my shaft (i have had ezcema sing i was a kid) After she did that the area tingled a lot but she said it was probably a sabaceous gland inflammed from rough sex.
I went home and put hydrocortozone on the spot which seemed to relax the tingle.  Later in the day (2:30pm) I got really scared the PA misdiagnosed me (anxiety) and went back to the clinic. I had her do a viral culture swab of the bump.
The tingling lasted through most of the day on and off and even tingled under my scrotum when i sat down and i had a very warm(not burning) sensation after i urinated with excess dribble afterwards.  The area around the bump and including the bump turned a purplish/red color. The next morning the bump had begun to heal and form a scab and was sensitive to clothing. By that friday (3days after the appearance) the bump had completely scabbed over and there was almost no pain or sensitivity. On saturday morning the scab fell off in the shower and by monday (jan 27th) the warm feeling after urination ceased.
The next friday January 31st I went out drinking again to celebrate my friends new job. Again no sex. Saturday I woke up took a shower. Later in the day i noticed the rash had come back on the top of my shaft of my penis. I put hydrocotozone on it and it helped. On tuesday (feb4th) the warm feeling after urination came back around 10am. It has been over a week now with this warm feeling. sometimes not all the urine comes out and ive got to squeeze it out (excess dribble) and a red tinge color to my scrotum. I went back to the PA and told her and now Im on 150mg of Fluconazole 1 day and again in five days and she gave me lotramin.

Sorry for the length of the post but i waned to be detailed. Any ideas? Grace?

I also forgot to add that where the bump showed up it wasn't painful, itching, or stinging and had no rash. The bump was skin colored with no red base

I forgot to mention as well I had two urine analysis done. One testing for clymidia and gonnorhea. The other looked for a uti they said. Both came back negative. Both were done 10days after the event.

No its not typical, most usually its a couple of weeks as once it opens it spreads the virus to the immediate surrounding area in a cluster type grouping.

The swab test was done within 24hrs of the bump appearing... Around 22hrs to be precise. Is it normal for an initial herpes outbreak to last only 3 days from bump to scab or is that very atypical?

Hi, to confirm your herpes status a blood test would also be needed as swabs are only good for confirming a positive not a negative also it would need to be swabbed within 48 hours after appearing.
Constant tingling is not a symptom of herpes when no sore develops but another nerve issue. Also tingling is called prodrome and is more for those who already have herpes and have had an outbreak before.
If the issue here  is herpes from a new infection it would not be from the protected vaginal as the penis was covered but would be from the unprotected oral and if she did not have any lip sore at the time, the risk that you contracted it would be quite low.
Urine blockage issues are most always prostate related. And the tingling could be originating for the prostate and you think its your penis as all then nerves are connected.
Have your prostate checked.
