Washing up after contact doesn't decrease your risk. the virus is transmitted during the sexual contact, it doesn't lay on the skin to work its way into the body.  washing up with products not meant to be used on the skin, actually results in damage to the skin and causes more harm than good :(

the skin on the chest is thick and resistant to easily contracting herpes on it. just a lick is very low risk.

have you ever been tested for herpes to know your status or ever had a cold sore yourself?

in case the sex worker was having pimple on her vagina, was actually cold sore, what are chances of it infecting me?

I will go and do herpes test.

Dear, Thanks for the response.  If the sex worker has oral herpes, and if she gave me blow job with condom, but the salive dripped on my skin of testes, can herpes spread this way?

this really was not a risk for you if it was protected oral sex.
