Can a low vaginal ph level affect a igm hsv test?

Hi

Can you tell me if a low vaginal ph level ( too much good bacteria) can affect hsv testing (igm)?

When I was tested positive for igm hsv1 I was also tested with swabs which showed I had a very low ph level and was told to use baking soda to increase the ph level

My question is would the ph level affect hvs testing?

thanks

the ph of your vagina has absolutely nothing to do with herpes blood testing.

please keep all your questions in your original post - thanks!
