Can it be?

I recently had unprotected sex with someone I have been dating.  He was very rough down below, I bled and tore the area below the vagina and was raw and irritated. Within 48 hrs I started to itch, which felt like a yeast infection.  I have gotten them in the past after sex. That night...I itched myself in my sleep and woke up with a one inch tear down the outside of my labia ( the sensetive area) and had scratched my clitoris which was now raw. The next night, not even 3 days later I went to one of those slumber partys for woman and tried a cream down below that is suppose to do something to your blood vessels?  Anyway, got home and felt more raw because of that cream so got a mirror and noticed a raw open looking sore under my clitoris hood. I didnt itch, and only hurt when touched and my clitoris was red and inflamed. I also noticed the tear had become more inflamed. I then decided to self treat for yeast and applied yogurt to my vagina. The next day I looked again and there was now a white spot ( almost like a canker sore ) under the clitoris off to the side. ( I have gotten spots similiar in the past and was both swabbed and given hsv igg type specific test and all negative, was told possibly dermatitis ) . Its now been a week since I had sex. The clitoris looks like it is starting to heal, the white sore ( which has never been sore or itched ) is still there and the cut looks infected.  I have no swollen lymph nodes, no flu like symptoms, no pain anywhere else.  Nothing is giong on inside my vagina..I have looked.  The only time i feel pain is when I urinate and urine gets in the tear. Nothing has really itched since the first 48 hrs. Can this be herpes? Note...I have not had sex since testing negative for both...this is my first sexual partner since.  A yeast infection? Im scared :( .

Yes symptoms of herpes can show up in a woman within 2 days.  I still think you need to have a professional evaluation  to have your genital area checked out.  Almost impossible to say what's going on over the internet.  Glad to hear you have a baseline negative test to compare to.

I forgot to mention...I have had the skin around the clitoris tear before, in the crease right next to the clitoris.  Several times actually. I also tear between the vagina and anus during sex.  Its just been the last 4 years that it seems I have become extra sensitive to everthing down below.

Yes, I am absolutly positive I was checked for herpes.  I went to my pcp for a yeast infection and she swabbed a ulcer like sore which came back negative.  I was told it was dermatitis. I then went to a new obgyn approx 5 months later for something unrelated.  I told her my history and about the sore/sores I get when from time to time when I have a yeast or bacterial infection and she told me if not tested in time it could come back false negative.  She then drew blood and it was a herpes hsv igg type specific test.  I have the results...both 1 and 2 are below the negative.
My encounter was last thursday early morning.  The itching started Friday night but it felt raw before then.  I woke up Saturday and had the large tear ( which I have done before but not to this extreme) and a irritated clitoris.  It was Saturday night after the party that I saw the open sore under my clitoris hood and was infamed and the white spot the next day.  Which I found odd because when I had looked earlier it wasnt there.  Again, the only pain I have is when I urinate and it hits the tear or clitoris area.  The white spot does not hurt or itch at all.  I dont feel anything at all until I use the bathroom. Can you get a open sore 2 days after exposure?  And if negative in past wouldnt my odds of having more typical ( headache, flu, nodes etc ) symptoms.

I can't say for certain.  It could be herpes.  You need to be seen NOW and have a swab test done for herpes.  I worry that it has been so long since you first noticed symptoms that the test might not be positive even if you have herpes.  How long ago was the encounter?  Are you certain that you've been tested for herpes in the past?  Have you actually heard or seen test results?  Many people think herpes is included in STD screens when it is not.

The hopeful thing is that you have no pain.  Most people with herpes have pain with a first infection, but not every person.

GO BE SEEN!
