Can I pass hsv to my partner through oral sex one time?
I have hsv 2. I gave my boyfriend oral sex to completion. Less, than 24 hours later( literally the next morning) he said he was having right side stomach pain and then by the evening he had body aches. Could I have gave him hsv 2 and could it start showing symptoms that quick? I felt the bad body aches and general sickness right before and during my first outbreak of hsv 2. Fyi....neither one of us touched my genitals and in fact, I kept on jeans the entire time. I have never had a cold sore, but is it possible I have hsv 1 and passed to his genitals? And once again,Could symptoms occur this quick? Can this all just be coincidence that he is not feeling well? Fyi...the oral sex was less about 3 mins long and he washed off immediately following. Help! I am so worried! Thank you
If your hsv2 infection is genital then there is no way you could give him hsv2 from oral sex.
