Just diagnosed with herpes type 1 with the result igg 37.6 and negative for herpes type 2 with 5.6 (week 4)
Wondering how I get infected by just receiving oral and sucking nipples.

Thats a low number on that scale and if you do have hsv1 it's probably an old infection. Your symptoms on their own don't suggest them being hsv related

Because your symptoms most assuredly not herpes related.

If you had no symptoms such as lesions then i doubt it.

Definetly not by sucking nipples. Have you ever been tested before?

I'm not sure what the population is but the number of people who have herpes simplex 1 is HUGE!  And many have it from childhood on.  It's basically cold sores.  And there is a really good chance you had it before you had your exposure.  It's something to be aware of so you don't spread it but I wouldn't stress too much about it.
