Chance of genital herpes infection from massage parlor

Approximately one month ago I went to an Asian massage parlor were the woman gave me an erotic massage ending in a handjob.  During the massage she stripped nude and slightly rubbed both her vagina and my penis with her hand.  She also straddled my thigh nude and my stomach, close to my crotch, however there was no direct penis to vagina touching.  I had no symptoms for at least 12 days.  Then there was a red bump on my inner thigh, much closer to my penis than where she sat, that I squeezed and clear fluid/blood came out.  It was sore, from the squeezing I believed, and healed after a few days.  Also, there was a hair near/on top of it.  Then in my pubic hair, approximately 2 inches above my penis (I don't believe she sat that low on me) a painful red bump appeared about 22 days after.  I popped it, thinking it was an ingrown hair, and again clear fluid/blood came out.  A few days prior to the second red bump forming I was squeezing the same spot hard thinking there was a white head there.  Now I had picked the scab to see if there was an ingrown hair, now I put nesporyn on it and it has scabbed over and there is slight irritation (it's near my waistline) and I have had slight itching in general.  Also, have had other symptoms.  I also sweat a lot and have had oily skin.  Does this sound like a herpes sore? I am planning on getting this checked asap.  Thanks

usually there is quite a bit of heat and friction involved to transmit the virus.

Hi grace,

So I followed up with a doctor and there was another spot lower in my pubic hair.  It was a single red bump the size of a pin head.  And below that was a pimple in the hair follicle opening.  Anyway the doctor said it didn't look like herpes and I had no fever.  I had one more question regarding skin to skin contact.  The masseuse sat in both locations (straddling my leg and on my belly button) for maybe 5 mins each, does duration affect, or would she have to be grinding on me for there to be a higher risk?

these sound more like infected hairs than herpes going on.  it's very low risk that you'd contract herpes from someone just rubbing themselves on you.
