Chances of Genital Herpes infection

I am 30 year old male and made the poor decision to attend a Thai Massage parlor in San Francisco with a friend. I have only had 1 partner my entire life and she was a virgin when I met her. This was my second sexual encounter. The worker was a Cambodian lady who gave me oral sex while I wore a condom. She did lick my groin and testicle with her tongue. She climbed on top of me and inserted my penis inside of her. She was there on top for a total of around 20 seconds the most, and then hopped off and proceeded to give me a handjob to make me cum. After our session, I asked her about STD and safety, and she assured me that she takes care of health and is tested. It just felt a little odd that she said that considering she decided to lick a total stranger's testicle. It's been a week and I have had no symptoms and complications. This was a one time encounter and will never happen again. Am I at risk of having contracted Genital Herpes?

Hi, the licking is no risk nor is the condom protected oral and if no part of your pubic area made rubbing contact with the protected vaginal then there is zero risk as well.
