Last year i was diagnosed with herped in the vaginal area i went to the dpctor about 2-3 days after i couldnt figure out what the painful sore bumps were she took s swab test (the Dr.) And later told me i had a mild case of herpes she then gave me pills . Now im 8 months pregnant and im scared that i cant have vaginal delivery because of my STD even though my last out break was when i first caught it i havent had no more since then. it's unfortunate that you didn't find the forum before this point in your pregnancy :(

when you were diagnosed with genital herpes, were you told you had hsv1 or hsv2 genitally?

have you discussed your genital herpes with your obgyn?

have you discussed going on daily suppressive therapy in the higher pregnancy doses for the last month of pregnancy?
