Chance of Herpes or anything else

Hi, I am 24 and was recently in Las Vegas. A week ago I got way too drunk and ended up having sex with a prostitute I met on the vegas strip. She performed protected oral sex, and I had brief sex with her from behind. When I was finished, I grabbed the tip of the condom with my pointer finger and thumb, pulled it off, and threw it in the trash. I then took a hot bath for about 10 - 15 minutes, I am not sure if I used soap as I dont always use soap when I take baths. A little while afterwards I masturbated with the same hand that removed the condom. What I am most worried about is that I may have contracted herpes. I have been worried sick about herpes and all the other things I could have contracted by the huge mistake I made. I also have atopic dermatitis. I have had it on my penis before, but not currently. I have talked to many doctors and have told me that my chances of contracting anything are low, but I want to hear more opinions. What is the likelihood that I could have contracted Herpes? Does my eczema history make me more vulnerable to herpes? If not herpes what else could I have been exposed too. I am worried sick, I have been pulling my hair out, and have seen a doc almost every day for the past week. I have no concrete symptoms so the doctors wont really take the energy of being thorough. Please Help!!! It was a drunken foolish decision and I am afraid for my health

What about the masterbation after my bath with out soap (I pulled off the condom with my pointer and thumb). Does eczema (wrists) put me at greater risk?

Hi, using the condom for oral would not be any risk and using the condom from behind, if your genitals did not make contact with hers, would not be any risk either. There needs to be direct skin contact to contract herpes.
