Cold Sore or Pimple (with pics)?

Over the past year i've been getting bumps on my lips. They've never appeared in clusters, and fill with a white puss. They never hurt, but tingle when I use chapstick or carmax. They don't itch at all, and it takes them a few days to go away, unless I pop them. They sometimes appear in the same spots.

I'm 16 so I dont know if it's hormones or what!
