pimples on inner theighs and around groin

hey doctor i am from canada i am really indeed of some expert answers past year or two iv been getting these pimple like bumps on my inner theighs and around my groin somtimes they go away then sometimes they come back i havnt been to a doctor cause for one it's really embarassing is there any type of cream or pills i can get without needing to drop my pants and say '' i have a problem''  i am 19yr old male iv never had sex yet it cant be anything hiv or std or aid's or anything cause iv never had sex or anything to get that type of stuff. anyways can u give me any good advice on what i should do if i gotta go to the doctor as a last resort then fine.

this is not the doctor's forum - you have to pay to post there.  

you've never had sex so you know this isn't herpes or a std.  see your provider and get a proper diagnosis so you can stop worrying.

You are in the wrong forum if you have have never had sex.  No oral, vagina, or anal sex at all?  If that is the case you don't have HSV you need to see your doctor.  We can't help you with this and it will require you to ask for their help.  They see more private area's then any profession out there.  Remember they have them theirselves.

see a dermatologist they are certain kind of pimple.  i get them two during the hotter months. get some antibacterial bodywash as well, it worked wonders for me.
