If you are a virgin, and haven't done anything sexual - not rubbing, grinding, etc., while unclothed, that has to be a false positive.
You can get a Western Blot. You can get one through your doctor or through Terri Warren - https://westoverheights.com/getting-a-herpes-western-blot/
You don't get hsv2 from sharing a blunt and then touching yourself. If herpes transmitted that way, you'd have genital hsv1. The number indicates the strain of the virus, not the location.
You haven't had any risk for hsv2, and the only risk for hsv1 is kissing, and maybe sharing lip balm.
I've already told you several times how herpes is transmitted. I'm only answering this because you got a positive test result. This is exactly why we tell people with little to no risk not to test.
You need counseling for your anxiety and fears.
