Should I get a western blot?

I went to go smoke with my friends brother and he rolled the blunt closed with his lips and saliva to seal it and he gave it to me and I instantly rubbed my lips on the closing that his lips and saliva was on to make sure it was closed. Before I could smoke I got a call and went home due to personal reasons and ended up jerking off later that night. I heard a couple days later than he isn’t that safe of a person sexually and doesn’t take precautions and that really freaked me out considering I put my lips on something he rubbed his lips on, and put his saliva on my lips while rubbing the blunt closed with it. It freaked me out even more because when I went home, I jerked off and I’m scared his Saliva could’ve been on my hand. This wouldn’t leave my brain for a couple months and I got tired of it. Above my pubic area on my waistline pus filled bumps showed up as well as pus filled bump on my buttcheek that hurt when you touched it. So after this happened I went to get a herpes test because I heard herpes could be spread through saliva. I took the Igg blood test and my results were Hsv1 negative and Hsv2 3.97. This result freaked me out because I’m a virgin and I’ve never had sex, so did this encounter with him give me HSV2?? There’s no other scenario I could think of unless I got it from a public restroom, sharing a razor to shave my pubic hair, sharing a moist shower towel, or maybe a toothbrush by accident??? The only other thing I could think of is this girl I had a crush on used to tease me a little and I was at her house but there was no skin contact but she took off her underwear and I instantly put in on my dick and started jerking off with it… could this have given me hsv2??  I just checked my penis and there is a circular cut on the behind of my ballsack and it’s flat but it’s obvious that it’s open because I can see my skin not there and it’s red and when I touch it, the wound burns and my privates are itchy, is this something I should be worried about??? Any advice would be helpful. Should I get a western blot? Or another test??

If you are a virgin, and haven't done anything sexual - not rubbing, grinding, etc., while unclothed, that has to be a false positive.

You can get a Western Blot. You can get one through your doctor or through Terri Warren - https://westoverheights.com/getting-a-herpes-western-blot/

You don't get hsv2 from sharing a blunt and then touching yourself. If herpes transmitted that way, you'd have genital hsv1. The number indicates the strain of the virus, not the location.

You haven't had any risk for hsv2, and the only risk for hsv1 is kissing, and maybe sharing lip balm.

I've already told you several times how herpes is transmitted. I'm only answering this because you got a positive test result. This is exactly why we tell people with little to no risk not to test.

You need counseling for your anxiety and fears.
