Iam a man who has the symptoms or gentil herpes in my pubic area since more than 3 years, unfortunately in my country there is no clinic for testing these diseases, we have only for HIV and Hypetitis C and i did 3 times tests and thanx god results came negative, my question and please i can't sleep and getting crazy, Is there any disease who has the same symptoms of herpes gentile but not herpes ( i.e Urine Burning, Blisters which come 2-3 times yearly in the same Area). Iam getting married soon and i don't want to harm her, anybody please help me?????????/

No way unless use condom all the time even its the record says its only 30% safe( grace correct me if I'm wrong). I know what you are feeling. If you have any lesion now better diagonse don't wait for your appointment.
my appointment on 25.October , any way to prevent spreading the disease without telling the partner?
when is your appointment? If you have herpes you should tell to her, let her know about your condition...

Thanx for your reply, the symptoms are the only which i mentioned before but after the outbreak the result is very smooth skin with only very small white marks... i googled already and i took an appointment 2 weeks ahead . meanwhile please help me cause even if i have herpes i can't say to my future wife you know it's very restricted thoughts here in the 3rd world.. thanx in advance

I guess you are living in Dubai. Don't think that there is no test available in your country its there. Try find some STD clinic. Google it.
There are other things which looks like herpes but only lab test can prove what you have. Herpes symptoms are vary from person to person.More over you said that you have been having this for more than 3 years(2 to 3 times yearly) What are the other symtoms you have when the blisters present? If you have any outbreak symptoms now then rush to the STD clinic, the herpes virus are more active in first 48 hrs ask them to do a swab test of lesion,sore or blisters and also take IGG blood test herpes virus 1 and 2.
