Confused is it only ebv or hsv 2

In January I got EBV but didn't have insurance till June my test came back positive 2.69
Symptoms :
Joint pain -elbows, knees, right hip, shoulders , hands
Eyes- pressure , blurred vision , pain and red
Back pain - upper, lower , middle and tail bone
Stomach issues - diarrhea , constipation , burning abdomen
Other symptoms - burning sensation on back , thighs , legs , testicle pain , penis pain
There's a lot more symptoms but I can't remember the first couple weeks did have sore throat swollen lymph nodes in armpit, neck, and groin

I've been tested for almost everything this is the only thing that came back positive , in the beginning I thought it was HSV 2 but 6 months and still neg
Is this all from ebv
Never had blisters or lesions on penis just burning and testicle pain and constant burning while urinating I've been to a urologist and he said no bacteria no infection after numerous tests even a prostatic fluid test

Zero, you have had EBV probably most of your life. Other viruses have no impact on making antibodies for a new HSV infection.

If your testing was for IgG antibodies for HSV2 then I would suggest that this is conclusive you do not have HSV2. Herpes would be extremely unlikely to cause such widespread issues.

EBV I do not know much about, except that most people have the virus. This actually doesn't help much as for most people it causes no issues at all. Only your doctor can help you conclude what this is. It certainly isn't HSV2.
