Is this herpes?

I had sex with a new partner last week. I was having discomfort urinating as though an inner part of my vagina had a cut. Over a few days it has gotten worse so I looked closely & it seems to be a white open cut. I also noticed 3 little white bumps but they did not look like blisters as in herpes they just looked like normal pimples with maybe a white pus. They also do not itch I also had a fever the other day but I have gotten over it. Please tell me it can be anything BUT herpes.

This does sound like it could be a primary outbreak. Get in to the dr asap and have the cut swabbed. Timing is everyrhing, do not wait!
Hsv commonly presents as cuts to women.

Was the sex unprotected? Did you recieve oral sex?
Yes it was unprotected. I researched it & I do not have other symptoms like hurting & its not painful to sit or anything like that. The only issue I'm having is when I urinate the wound gets irritated. But the bumps look more like whiteheads than blisters.
Pain varies greatly with outbreaks. Some people it's absolutely dreadful while others barely notice. The bumps do not sound like hsv lesions. I would get the cut looked at and swab tested just to be safe.
