Herpes possibly..

I had sex with the female, the condom broke, two days later I started seeing small red bumps. I did shave but the bumps don’t look like my usually hair bumps, yet I did feel burning during urination. I went to the clinic twice, first time I was tested for chlamydia, syphyllis, and gonerhea. All came back negative. I was thinking maybe I went to early. She looked at my bumps and said they looked like hair bumps and I had nothing to worry about.  Later that week I started having yellow discharge in the morning happened once or twice. I called the clinic this time seeing a different dr. I was treated for chlamydia and gonnerhea. And I had two more doctors check my bumps visually and said they were hair bumps. The discharge stopped after a week, but the bumps are still there. No pain, no itching, no burning, no blister, not having no symptoms at all but flesh colored bumps. I tried to pop one and only blood came out. Is it possible I could have bumps from an std, not herpes related? She is waiting for her result but the doctor said she had vaginitis just based off her explaination of her discharge. She doesn’t have bumps, or pain during urination.
