Could this be Herpes?

for the past month i have had problem with frequent urination, feeling of urine stuck in urethra, back pain slightly, and urinary incontinence. Urine dipstick was clean. doctor prescribed ciproflaxcin first, it didn't help, then prescribed doxycycline which helped symptoms go down, but i still have them. I am just wondering could this be Herpes? My exposure has been insertive oral sex with 5 different women, i haven't had any herpes type lesions in my genital area. I have just heard it can present itself with urination problems. Please help someone.

thank you for taking the time....i don't have pain maybe slight discomfort maybe once a day when i feel that urine is stuck afterwards not during urination, but not pain and i guess the pain you are referring to should be always there each time i urinate. right?

Hi, if you had a herpes sore inside your urethra it would be extremely painful so you can rule that out if your not having pain. Urination issues like your describing are often prostate related as the urethra goes through the middle of the prostate and any type of enlargment could cause pressure on the urethra resultling is the urination issues much like your describing. Have you prostate cheched.
