Herpies Or Not?

Hello dear doctors,
I have always been sexually active and always have asked any new partners if they are clean and been tested and that they have had sex in recent days. Approximately About three months ago I had unprotected sex with some I was talking. I did get tested positive for Clamedia right about a week after and was treated by it. When did the follow up test ten days master after taking meds for Clamedia I asked my doctor to test everything else and all come negative and clean. He did not test for herpies tho. One day I would say about 15 or  20 days later I shaved down there and few days later I noticed two to three blisters right on the base of my penis. The blisters popped as I rubbed them in shower it was pretty painful I did spray them with alchol to make sure they don't get infected as I haven't been sure what it was,  after a week or more it healed. Couple of weeks later I saw few more blisters this time they were not popped open and they healed and dryer out fast within few days. Then I was completely fine for almost over three weeks and finally I saw two more small blisters and again this time they healed and dryer or within 4 to 5 days. And right a week after that now the day before yesterday I got three more blisters they were small but it's bigger now and they seem to poop any second one of them in fact was moist this afternoon and that one now is healing. I have made an appointment with doctor for August 23rd but I just Wana know if I have herpies. The blisters always have happened few days after I have shaved I am not sure if it's related to that but again I shave weekly or every other week and that one time that the blisters were not there for over three weeks I still had shaved.
Can you please tell if it's herpies based on the symptoms and rescuers?

It is very hard to say if what you have going on is hsv or not. When you see the Dr have an igg type specific blood test. No igm tests as they are worthless. The fact that they come on after shaving would lead me to think they are not hsv lesions but I can't say for sure. When you get these lesions it is important to see a Dr right away and have them swabbed and tested. This is the most accurate way to know what's going on.
