Could this be an STD?

I had a burning and itching pain 4 years ago, about two days after I had an affair with my ex, I reported to the clinic and I was given some anti biotics that didn't clear the symptoms, I have since been to several doctors that prescribe anti fungal that do not work as well.
I've had this mucosal discharge sometimes with whitish watery discharge and dryness that won't go away since the first infection. A few weeks ago I started getting this pink/ brownish discharge some few days ago and a pimple looking blister that hurts, also mild burning in vagina and anal area and some waist and anal pains. I saw my gyeanae and he asked me to do some pap tests? Really worried now? Can this be herpes?
