Day after symptoms?

I had protected oral and vaginal sex with a woman on 9-1. Within a few hours, my testicles and scrotum began burning. Today, I had to pee more than usual and sometimes could not pee when I felt the urge. There is a redness and inflammation on my perenium. Now, about 36 hours after, my lymph nodes in my neck are swelling. Is this herpes?

best you can do is be seen somewhere for a proper exam.

It was normal lube. Now it's 55 hours after potential contact. My penis is now hurting more, especially in the tip. My butt is numb and I'm getting flu-lke symptoms. I now have a large purple vein or stretch-mark looking thing running from my scrotum to my left thigh. The symptoms tend to get worse when I think a lot about them and less when I don't. But it feels to me like this is more than anxiety.  I can get an erection but not like usual, and my penis is discolored - pale.

I am so worried that I have ruined my life with this. Any advice. It seems to be happening so quickly.

no std causes symptoms that quickly. if it was a "special " lube - the heated one, extenz etc, that can be causing a skin reaction.

I am going in on Thursday but trying to reduce some of the anxiety until then. Yes, lubes were used. It doesn't hurt on my penis but only on the scrotum and perineium which is clammy and red .

you'd need to be seen and get a proper exam done.

it's not likely this is a std from protected oral and protected vaginal sex.

did you use any extra lubes or were the condoms flavored or with any special lubes on them?
