Yes ,I recently read this statement which can proof the back pain is because of the herpes virus
So, one of the best methods on how to treat herpes and combat the herpes virus is to get it out of its safe hiding place in the spinal ganglia where it attaches to the cell’s DNA and replicates, sending out new virus-ridden cells that cause outbreaks.

no it does not. You need to see your provider about this.

the back pain is now consistent. it has gotten worse over the past few days and has gotten a little lower. pain when i walk but not when i sit or lay down. again worse when i move in a certain direction. no pain down my legs, feets but at the bottom of my back. which doesnt feel like a muscle things because i stretch my muscles and dont feel any pain there. could i be panicking for no reason or does this sound more like a herpes back pain?
this really doesn't sound like a herpes issue.

what about after an ob? When it is going back into "hibernation", is this common?
thank you for any input?
i feel it only when i strectch back but it doesnt feel like a muscle, only in my spine. about 4 inched from my butt crack. is this the common region?
I meant to say and would be constant during the ob or right before the ob - a prodromal symptom that indicates that the virus is active.

Back pain only when you lean back is not a herpes issue. The back pain that is associated with herpes occurs with recurrences of the virus and would be constant during the ob.

Yeah my pain runs from the top of my butt down the back of my leg. Comes before a breakout.
thank you auntjessi.
my pain feels like only near my spine and more to the middle to low part of my back. I heard that the pain is more commonly closer to the tail bone? Any one else like to share any information?
I only get minor back pain with an outbreak, and its very low - just at the top of my butt.
Pain with stretching sounds like a muscle thing.
