Boils/blister on my cheeks - herpes?std?

Im a 35yo man, had protected oral (received), gave unprotected oral once, and protected vaginal sex with few escorts/case from the Internet in the past couple of months (beginnings March 3rd) and the last exposure was on Monday May 1st.

I'm concerned about my risks of getting syphillis or herpes from those exposures. When I asked them they all said they're clean but I don't know for sure. I'm seeing some boils/blisters kinda formations on my cheeks Along with warts (I've been having warts for a few years now).

My most recent test for all std was Friday may 4th and they came back negative for all (chlamydia Gono hsv hiv syphillis etc).

I'm worried if the boils/blisters on my cheeks and necks are symptoms if hsv or syphillis. Please advise.

I don't know which is the right forum so posting in multiple ones, sorry for the trouble.

Your risks were very low. Tbis is definitely not syphilis. That's a good sized single sore. Plus it's pretty rare in hetero sex.
What you describe does not sound like hsv as this most likely would be on your lips.
You can get the boils or lesions tested. I suggest a dermatologist

Thank you for the quick response sir!! That's comforting for sure. So should I watch out for any such symptoms or should I get tested again at certain timeframes?

Your chances of hiv are as close to zero as you can get. You absolutely have nothing to worry about. The fourth gen hiv tests are conclusive after 4 weeks. So you can test at that time.

Thank you! I'll get my test for 6weeks and 3 months for the ones we discussed above. If they come back negative I don't need to test after 3 months right?

If you want to test for hsv do it at 12 weeks. I wouldn't test for anything else.

Thanks again. Also I'm concerned about spreading anything to my fam (I'm more confident now that I dint contract anything) but to be safe shall I use hand sanitizer while interacting with my family in general? I don't plan on having any physical relations with my long term partner until the 12 week test but want to be sure it's ok to touch her and my kids on a daily basis!!
Generally what are the rates of hsv transmission and where do my actions put me on a risk scale (considering its 6-7 escorts over a 2 month period)? The above two are my last questions, please don't take me wrong!!

Today is exactly 12 days since last potential exposure. The diarrhea has stopped, however I've been having a dampness, irritation/mild rash/itching and an overall uncomfortable feeling along my groins genitalia and anus. It doesnt look like blisters but not sure if this is an early stage and I need to watch. Any thoughts? I'm planning to wait it out for 6 weeks before the first round of tests but just curios if these are any symptoms. Thanks

So the odds of getting hiv are little to none correct? From what I recollect the condom did not break in any of the occasions. The biggest fear I have is while reading about STD symptoms it says for hiv diarrhea is one of the initial symptoms. I've been having a diarrhea like motion the past week (since the last potential exposure) and am very worried! Any suggestions?

Usually 3-10 days after. In very rare cases out to 20 days.

Ok I'm right about 8 days since the last exposure and what I have as symptoms for now are: cough(dry) and intermittent diarrhea kinda motion (apart from those small blisters on cheeks and neck). Do the first two indicate any potential infection?

Thanks again! One last thing. Generally how many days after the last possible exposure does the symptoms start to show? Just so I can keep a watch for anything. I'm feeling more confident now after your replies.

The odds are low. Giving oral sex is a low risk activity and the rest was protected. Very low odds indeed.
Just good hygiene is all you need. No real risk of passing it.

In additions to the boils on my cheeks I have itching genitals and anus, and some cold cough. Don't know if this is pointing to something bigger :(
