Did I got genital herpes?
I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend 3 months ago, 22 days later a had sex again and a few hours later I noticed a very very little papercuts on the corona of my glans, there were 3 or 4. I feel no pain, I never see a blister so I assumed it was because I had sex several times the night before, the salt of the ocean (I swam in the ocean that morning), the lubricant of the condon that I didn´t clean after the next day (I always thought that I was allergic but I am not sure) and I experienced a sharp pain for a minute on my glans during sex because of a bad move. This papercuts vanished 4 days later but since then I have a mild burning sensation in the left side of my penis (in a different region of my penis than the papercuts) just right down the glans for the last 2 months. 80 % of the time I feel it , 20% time I don't feel it. When I am really busy with something I dont feel it. There is no discharge, no rash. I feel no pain while urinating. A Dermatologist checked me but he couldn´t explain the cause of the burning. He just give me a recipe for a special soap, a cream for skin regeneration and pills for the pain (gabapentina). He never mention nothing about HSV. He told me that the skin looks thin or/and maybe I could have some damaged nerve. My girlfriend doesn´t have any simptoms. I never had sex before my girlfriend (she was my first) but she had a sex partner before. I am worried thinking that she could pass me HSV 1 through oral sex. I don´t know how accurate are the IgG tests where I live since I visited the laboratory web page and it says that there are often cross reactions with other types of herpes virus and I got varicella about 5 years ago. I ignored if I have HSV 1 on my lips but I don´t remember having a cold sore before until yesterday that I noticed a red pimple near/on my lips but it doesn´t hurt and it doesn´t look like a blister. Please let me know your thoughts! Much appreciated.

I have not been tested yet. I thought it could be prostatitis but reading the simptoms I don´t have any of it. I just have this disturbing burning sensation in the skin of my penis just down the corona on the left/back side. I have no pain while urinating.
On the other hand. Do you think a pimple near/on the upper lip could be herpes? There is no pain, no blister, just a red pimple that is disappearing after a few days.

this doesn't sound like genital herpes going on.
did you see any provider who did any urine testing or anything on you? was your prostate examined?
