Discharge?

My husband is a healthy male but he has genital herpes. He has been on aciclovir 200mg (twice day) for about 3 years now, because every time he stops taking the tablets he gets a herpes outbreak. He will get an outbreak at least 2-3 times a month, so that is why he is on these tablets.

We have both noticed however that he is getting some stains in his underwear which are not from sex or masturbation. Is this normal, and what is causing it?

He has no symptoms, no pain when urinating, etc.

However he did have an episode of increased urinating but that seems to have stopped not long after it started.

We have sex 4-5 times a week, and he does not have any pain during sex.

I am 26 years old myself and I have discharge too. We guys do have some fluid that comes out.  Especially when stressed.  I noticed I got that alot when I got more and more stressed I would feel "wet" every now and then.  I agree with petal as well.

What sort of stains? Involuntary seminal fluid discharge is extremely normal.

One thing you'll commonly read here on the boards is that just because one has herpes, doesn't mean everything IS herpes. Doesn't really sound like there's any symptoms worth following up about with the doctor, unless this "discharge" is colored (green/yellow) or smells.

well if he is older than 40 let him test his prostates they may cause the problem
if he is not let him have an STD test again
