Exactly what does Test name: I Glycoprotein G Ab, Range: IgG 0.1 suppose to mean?

I've been dating this guy for 2 years now. He wants to start using unprotected sex. I informed him that we both had to be tested. He sent me his results via text which he recieved via email. First off the report he send doesn't state HSV1/2. It is only mentioned under the Notes section of the report. It only gives in range 0.1. No negative or positive as mines states. Is this guy trying to pull an ookie dookie on me? Under Test Name it doesn't state the full name of the test just I Glycoprotein G Ab. After doing research can you inform me why they do not test for it automatic, since it's so "Common"? Thank you
