Do I have genital herpes?

Over the past week i noticed that I had a few small red dots on my penis head. they did not have white heads, were not itchy, painful, or sensitive. one or two of the red dots will sometimes raise up a little if i masterbate or go into the shower.

about 2 or 3 weeks ago i received unproteted oral sex for a few minutes. i am aware that it might be irritation marks, but it still hasnt gone away after week and a half. the red dots will come and go, but this one in particular has persisted. today, i rubbed the skin on my penis head and the top of the red dot seemed to rub off, and it looked like it caused a pinhead amount of blood to form.

here is before showering.

Hi, herpes blisters dont normally appear on the penis head, from what you describe appears more of fungal infection. See a doctor if your concerned.
