Do I have herpes or molluscum?

since January of (2017) I have had these small red bumps on the buttom of my butt and on my inner thighs, the ones on my inner thighs went away but on my butt they have not. I have had these bumps for going on three months!! They do not itch or hurt, they have not busted open or scabbed over like it said herpes would. I have had some irregular bleeding but figured that could be from my birth control (nexplanon) since I just got it in December(2016). These bumps started out a flesh color and some are red. I have popped some of them and had a hard white waxy core come out? Would herpes have a hard waxy white core come out? I am going to the doctor tomorrow to get checked!! Help!!!!

Wireless is correct. Plus hsv lesions just don't last that long.

Herpes do not have a core. They are water blisters similar to burns. If it's deep in the skin it's a pimple. If it's on the surface it could be herpes.
