Do I have herpes ?

So I went to a private hospital a month ago for rabies injection and the nurse didn't open the syringe in front of me but before she injected me I asked her whether the injection was new and she said don't worry it's new. Now I have never had unprotected sex at all. 25 days ago I started getting abrasions inside my penis skin which goes back (nothing on my penis tip at all). I still was masturbating though but after a few days there was a bump and it was burning and was a bit painful (only 1 bump). The bump was big first. I went to the urologist and general physician and they said that it's nothing serious it's an infection. They gave me ointment and the bump is not almost gone and the abrasions too after 20-30 days. I got myself tested for HSV IGG & HIV after 24 days from when the problem started. HIV test was 4th generation and HSV IGG was ELISA. Now I have itching below my chin and have pimples on my face. I did a yeast test at home my spiting in the water and my saliva was going down in lines. So my questions are:

1. If I have symptoms can I test negative for an STD ? (I am not talking about false reports)

2. Can this be an yeast infection?

3. Can this also be related to body heat?

Please help

None of this is a symptom of an std. There was no need to test if you were worried about the injection. Either way none of this is std related.
