Need clarity on herpes test result

My herpes test result came hsv antibody test igg 1 & 2 is 0.49 lower than index value 0.9 .this test was taken after 25th week to exposure.so am I safe ?? Some of them saying the number wil increase on time . Is it true ? Please help me with my question . I am worried
