Do these symptoms sound like Herpes?

I had unprotected sex (oral, vaginal) with this girl on a one night stand about 6 weeks ago and i couple of days after it happened i noticed red bumps on the base of my penis off to the side. I didn't have any noticiable pain but i went to get it examined and i viral culture was performed which came back negative, although the nurse said it look like it was in the healing stage already (this was about 3 days after i noticed the bumps). 3 days after that, i went to the ER just to get a second opinion and a PCR swab was done which also came back negative. Then about 3 weeks after this incident, i had a red and itchy sort of growth or mass on my penis shaft that circled around it below the head of my penis. I went to the ER once again and the Dr. didn't explain what it was just said that he was positive i had Herpes. However, i went to a dermatologist who said he was skeptical that's what it was  because of its location (on the base off to the side). I had the girl get an IGG blood test about 3 weeks after the incident and she came back negative for both types. Before that incident, i didn't have sex for 4 months and this was just my 2nd sex partner i ever had. (not very sexually active by any means). On a side note, i was in rehab a month before this in which i received a TB shot and i also got a deep, mucus filled cough while i was in there which has been left undiagnosed. I believe this condition could have possibly have compromised my immune system and made me more susceptible to get something. Other symptoms i've had were a white/grayish tongue about a week after possible exposure, some watery diarrhea (only once), headaches (mainly at night), loss of appetite (could be psychological or actual symptom), fatigue.

Now i'm at 6 weeks since possible exposure and i still have fatigue but the bumps have disappeared about 3 weeks ago. However, i have some new symptoms now i'm starting to get worried about. They include: red scrotum (spot-like red rash on scrotum that doesn't really itch or burn unless i'm in the shower), anal inflammation and itching, very saggy scrotum, and possibly swollen testicles (can't really tell).

I think it could be herpes (direct tests were negative as well as girls blood test) a yeast infection (candida, balantis), fungal infection of some sort, bacterial infection of some sort (although i was tested for gonnorhea, chlamydia, syphillis, HIV) all negative. (the only thing she told me is she had a bacterial infection awhile ago and she got tested for the same things i did, all negative)

Can someone please provide me with some insight as to what this can be? i'm going to the doctors today to get an IGG blood test (6 weeks possible exposure) and hopefully get tested for a fungal or yeast infection as well. Can this be another condition? Maybe Trich? Any information would help. Thank you!
