A month or two ago, I had a one-month relationship with someone who told me he had HSV-1. We kissed deeply maybe a dozen different occasions.
Last night, I noticed a very small bump on my upper lip and what appeared to (maybe?) be a very small bump next to it. No pain or itching or anything like that: Just a tiny, firm bump. I know it was not there a day or two earlier because I've been admittedly pretty paranoid about HSV-1 (even though I know rationally that's idiotic). Pressing on the bump revealed a singular, tiny white head without any discomfort.
This morning, the bump was still present. I gave it a little scratch with my fingernail and it "popped" in a sense. Nothing seemed to come out, but there was a tiny speck of red blood in the center of it. It now feels smooth to the touch without any roughness and, aside from very minor redness, appears to be going away.
Since the area was so small, it was very difficult to get good pictures. However, here is the area last night:

Here it is this morning, about 10 hours later:

Does this seem like HSV-1 to you? I don't have an issue going to the doctor and asking for the area to be swabbed, but it's so minor and will likely be gone by tomorrow that I'd feel ridiculous doing so unless someone can tell me there's a decent chance it's HSV-1.
Thank you for the help, and sorry for the paranoia!
