Does this sound like Herpes symptoms?

About 7 days ago I had unprotected sex with a girl.  She said she was clean.  A few days later I began to have a very faint tingling/irritation on the tip of my penis, on the outside on the skin.  A day after noticing this I woke up with a cold that involved a slight sore throat and some fatigue, nothing too bad.  Finally today, the 7th day and still with some cold like symptoms, my testicles have become slightly sore/achey.

Poking around on the internet I've found that some of these symptoms could be related to herpes. I have not noticed any bumps/red spots on my penis.  Also, it does not really burn or hurt when I pee.

Can anyone let me know if this sounds like herpes?  I plan on getting a blood test in a few weeks even if I don't see any bumps or red spots.

Thanks everyone. Since I've began to stop worrying so much my symptoms seem to have diminished a little.

You have something other than herpes going on.  Be seen by your provider.  If you are looking at your testicles a lot then you can cause problems.  Could be anything.  Be seen for a proper workup.

Could the sore testicle be from the cold that I've had for the past 3 days? It's not really a bad cold at all.  The only time i really notice the tingly feeling on the penis glans is when I'm sitting of laying down.

The girl could have been clean.  I would hope she takes a shower.  Would stink if she didn't.

This could be anything.  Be seen by your provider for a proper work up.  Chances are this isn't herpes.  People do get sick.
