Does this sound like herpes

Protected sex with high risk female. constant urination and tingling 2-3 days later. 2 weeks after, low grade temperature, body ache, fatigue, loss of apetite, swollen lymph node in right side of groin(not noticeable at all).  At that point, it did not hurt whatsoever, but had thigh pain to the point of limping for about 2 days. Goes after a week, Then notice red dots(only visible if you take a very close look and not too many) in pubic area and one growing like a pimple(blood at tip), which eventually bursts and also a bit of right scrotum pain on right side. Red dots have been there for like a month but none have grown at all, do not hurt and do not itch.

Could this be a sign of herpes? Hair follicle? skin infection? Any other std? please give your thoughts on what it could be.

I am 100% sure I did not have herpes prior to this. I guess I am overreacting and would just rely on my doctors word and on the results which are all clear. Thank you for your time

I think if the condom stayed on the entire time with oral and vaginal sex, you are fine.  Yes, I believe you are worried needlessly about herpes in this situation.  I certainly can't tell you that you didn't have herpes before this situation, but I don't believe that the circumstances of this situation put you at any significant risk for acquiring genital herpes.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I was tested for Gonnorhea chlamydia at about day 4, which can back negative.HIV and Herpes test (taking blood from pimple) in week 5 which came out negative and UTI which came out fine. The doctor said I should just rule out HIV and it does not look like herpes. He also said he believes its just a hair follicle or a bladder infection, but I doubt a hair follicle would cause those symptoms

Yes oral sex was perfromed but with a condom on and the condom stayed in tact throughout vaginal sex. My concern is possibly when I was removing the condomm I believe I touched the tip of my penis. Is there any risk associated with that?

Maybe its just a skin infection given that I had shaved down there about 5 days prior, but besides the flu symptom, never had those other symptoms in my life so it is very awkward. I was also given levaquin for 15 days. Am I overrreacting is there certainly something wrong? Maybe some std that I am unaware of?

This doesn't sound like herpes to me, no.  Were you checked for other STDs or treated with any antibiotics?  Have you had an exam?  Scrotum pain is not normal, and you need an evaluation for that.  The symptoms that you describe are much more consistent with an infection of the urethra than herpes.  Did this person give you oral sex without a condom, and for intercourse, did the condom stay intact and on the entire time?
