Red spot on penis head, please help

Hi, I am posting concerning a question I have. I am not currently sexually active but I have had unprotected sex with someone before that may be a little concerning. I have a red spot on the underside on the head of my penis and it is starting to worry me. An earlier spot I had on the shaft was beginning to make me worry that I have syphillis. I recently was tested for Chlamydia, Ghonnorrea, and syphillis. I am not sure on the spelling of those three but they all came back negative. Now I have concerned with the fact that I have been exposed to Herpes. I have not had an "outbreak" to say. I have had one spot while sexually active that went away and looks to resemble a yeast infection or maybe syphillis and months later I had one red spot that was shiny on my foreskin that is now gone and now I have one on the head of my penis that is also shiny and recently flaked off. I do not experience any painful or sensational urination nor is there any discharge or really itching of any sort. Its just an eye sore and it is a tiny bit raised. It is maybe a centimeter in diameter and may look to have a center as a lesion but I am not quite sure. I am praying that it is not Herpes and I am waiting to go take the test. I know there has to be plenty of those people may confuse Herpes with but also there is a large population of people that have Herpes. Im quite scared to be honest, not sure if Im ready to live with it. I can also provide picture if need-be. I just need help with diagnosing for the time being. If not Herpes, what else could this be?......HELP please.
