Driving myself nuts... Herpes or not?

I posted a little while ago as I was having (and still am) everyday symptoms which I feel relate to HSV2..

I had sexual intercourse when I was on a business trip in the US almost 9 months ago now. After about 2 weeks I started to feel a pulling sensation on the right side of my groin. After a couple of weeks I noticed my skin around my pubic area, on both inner thighs and lower belly felt sunburnt. If I wear close fitting jeans or top it constantly rubs on the sensitive skins. Sometimes the skin looks a little red but no obvious rash..it’s really uncomfortable most days, almost feels like I have sand down my pants. The pubic area can get pretty itchey as well.

I also experience tingling in the groin area a few times a day which last for seconds sometimes, but it is constantly every day. Sometimes the tingling happens by my boxer short line / lower belly. I also experience odd pains down my thighs down to my knee, never lower.

Also sometimes my testicles feel really clamey and hurt..

I’ve been to the doctors several times and tested for all the usually STI/STD’s and all have been negative, however in the UK they are not able to test for Herpes unless you have sores.. which I have had none of. I have noticed a 1 - 2 spots in the groin area, slightly above the pubic area over the past 9 months but no sure if this is related or just normal.

It is sending my a little crazy, it’s been constant for 9 months and what makes it worse is unfortunately I have a girlfriend and I’m terrified of giving her something.

With my skin itching and pains in groin and legs, it honestly feels like I’ve been infected with something :(

Has anyone got any ideas?

Still not herpes. Nothing you describe is hsv related and it surely wouldn't last this long
