Confused. please help

I have tested negative for HSV-2 and HSV-1 14 weeks after last exposure.
Just today I realized and very...very small red spot by the clitoris and the only way I even knew it was there was because it stung to touch. It has no itching, no burning, and I wouldnt even know it was there if I'm not touching it.
Doctors have told me due to a negative culture a year and two months ago and a negative blood test at 14 weeks that I do not have HSV. What else could it be though.
Its almost like I wouldnt even have known it was there if I wasnt looking for it.
Also its in an area where there is a lot of touching during self pleasure or with my boyfriend. please help.

So I attempted to head into the nearest planned parenthood.
They refused to see me due to lack of appointment and when I tried to explain its hard to make an appointment for something that I wasnt expecting they were very unsympathtic.
After that they told me to describe what was happening and when I did they said they do not do cultures on that sort of thing because genital herpes is like a cold sore.

Now I made an appointment for tomorrow morning which is just a little bit after the 48 hour window... I still would like to have it looked at... but I'm nervous that they will just say its not herpes because there is no blister.. or it does like look like a cold sore.

Any other clinics to look into (the health department doesnt do it today and I have to work the times they are open tomorrow) I have no insurance so I dont have that many options.

An update on the condition.. It hurt a lot less this morning to the touch but of course I cant leave it alone and have to look at it constantly so it now hurts pretty bad to the touch. Also it looks like the skin around it is very dry other then that no itching, buring, etc has appeared. I seem to have more discharge but its thin and liquidy(which is normal right?)

It could just be irritation from touching, or toilet paper, etc.

Its not at all likely to be herpes.
