FIRST TIME HAVING SEX.... SCARED

Hi im 17 years old (male) and was a Virgin until recently (saturday night) i had unprotected sex with my long time girlfriend.. it was a little rough. and that same night, after i dropped her off, i didn't shower :o  ,,,, While laying down, i felt a kind of irritation on my penis but didnt think nothn of it so i went to sleep. The next day i went out with her to a couple places and while out she was stroking my penis with her hand for like a minute or 2.. that night when i got home i went to the bathroom an noticed cuts and bumps on my penis. the cuts were on the underside my penis on that soft part rigth below the head. the bumps were too and the bumps were Also in a a group on my shaft. i was so scared that i start praying and crying. It was only my first time and i didn kno what was wrong. <--- (ok that was sunday, the day after having sex) ....... For the next couple days i look and checked my penis CONSTANTLY , .. the Cuts Healed up but the bumps were still there and a Lump on the under side of penis right below the head (could the cuts an bumps have came from The Friction an NOT using a condom or lube. or could the bumps have came from being cut while having sex and sum of her "wetness" getting in the cuts?) any way, i notice on THURSDAY a bump appear right on the opening of my penis. it doesn;t hurt or anything(none of the bumps i got hurt) but it jus scard the crap out of me. that same night i fell asleep with cookies in my mouth and woke up TODAY with my throat hurting. it felt like it was swollen. i dont kno if it is a sympton of an STD or if im jus tripping. ALSO i Was Sucking real hard on a straw that was too small for my smoothie an it feels like it Cut my tongue up. i doont kno if its jus a coincidense that all this stuff is happening at the same time or if it is symptons of Std.. i am very scared bcuz it was only my firsttime and i would like som Help PLZZZ!!!! thanks

this really sounds more like irritation/lack of lube than anything. next time you have sex, use a decent lube and see if that helps.

Oh Also i forgot to mention.. my Girlfriend showed me Her testing papers . she got tested like 2 weeks b4 we had sex and She was Negative for everything!!!
