Possible Herpes?

I am a 29year old male that is concerned about a Herpes outbreak. I had a 4 month relationship with a girl with whom I had unprotected sex with on many occasions. It has been 15 months since first sexual encounter. In the last week I have had a small red bump appear in my pubic area (about an inch above the penis). This lump has been there for two days and has not gotten any better or worse. It also is not at the base of any hairs. This morning I have noticed anther bump about an inch to the right of it, this bump has a hair growing out of it. Both bumps are painless and not itchy, they are both hard if pressed. I have been having jock itch symptoms for the past month also which I have begun treating this week with tine cream, this symptoms seem to have ceased with the treatment. I should also mention I have not been sexually active for the past 6 months also. I have a feeling of "pressure" in my lower abdomen, also. I have been tested and cleared, twice, for chlamydia and g'rea. Otherwise I am in good health. Any advice would be appreciated.

It's really difficult to know what's going on over the internet when people describe bumps.  Your assumption that good doctors would know what to include in an STD screen is actually not correct, in my opinion.  Many doctors believe that an STD screen includes testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV and maybe syphilis.  HSV in not routinely included, unfortunately.

No, I have never been tested. I think she may have been tested, I can't say for sure. She tested positive to chlamydia before being with me. I could only assume a good doctor would have then tested for everything. If I squeeze the bumps, nothing comes out. They have no head on them. They seem to have gone down a bit now and are just red marks. If I press on them I still feel a hard little lump under the skin.

Have you ever been tested for herpes in the past?  Have you ever had a cold sore in your lifetime?  Has this girl been tested for herpes, do you know?  If you squeeze the bumps does anything come out?  Do they have a white head?
