It is not possible to describe meaningfully or help with a diagnosis. Go and get a swab immediately.

Those results are close to being conclusive, probably 95% sure that you do not have herpes.

If infected, you very likely would have experienced multiple lesions around the site of infection.

A single small blister is something suggestive of herpes and other things. Note that on the penis tip is a very rare place for a single herpes blister. The shaft is much, much more common. The vast majority of people who have a lesion on the penis tip would have shaft lesions too.

Seek a swab of any blister or even rough patch. Further have one last IgG test at 16 weeks. Take the outcome as conclusive on the issue.

There is no such thing really as an aborted outbreak, at least in my view from experience.

Outbreaks can be thought of having say three degrees, but it is really a spectrum:
- shedding burst, where the virus reaches the skin but does not cause lesion
- virus beginning to cause a lesion but either the body or antivirals stop the virus there are no pustules and the sore heals quite quickly
- the lesion is quite full with the virus creating pustules within the lesion, ulceration occurs requiring a scab and a 5-7 day healing period.

You either have herpes or you don't. If you have it, then it is active all the time in the nerve cells but will often be kept in balance by the immune system.

For you, a blood test from 12 weeks post exposure will give you a conclusive answer.

But my actual question is  that at some the aborted outbreak will stop and blister may occur for example  aborted outbreak symptom may be one year after this blister may occur

So what  is the maximum period of aborted symptom?

That was suggested above at a few days, personal view and experience, it is usually much less that, no more than a couple of days that includes a red patch that goes away quickly. The tingling usually lasts while the patch is forming, 6-12 hours.

No this is most likely fungal or bacterial related. Consult a doctor for appropriate treatment for this. No need to think herpes is a cause.
