Possible HSV-2 Infection?

I recently had sex w/ two CSWs at different times.  Both times we had unprotected oral and protected vaginal sex.  It's been about 3 months since the last encounter and I  started noticing dry skin spots around the opening of my urethra on the penile head.  These spots don't hurt at all and there's no pain or tingling.  Though, they feel scaly at times.  Is this a possible symptom of a HSV-2 infection?  Thanks for your input.

Thanks Grace for your comments.  I did take a HIV rapid blood test 6 weeks post last encounter and came up negative.  I do plan to see a dermatologist to find out what they are.

This could be many things. Have you seen your provider yet to have these looked at? Have you had any std testing or herpes blood testing done ?  they really don't sound like they are due to herpes but follow up on them to find out what is going on.
