There is no country in the world where hsv1 is rare!!!
so your doctor just looked at your symptoms and said it was hsv and then did the blood test and your hsv2 was negative butyour hsv1 was equivocal/grey zone?
At this point waiting for your gf's test results will be the fastest answers. Once you get them, I can better help you I think.

Thank you grace..
No I did not have any lesion culture tested.. The doctor said it was HSV 1 and I was hoping that it was a false lab test.. I am really paranoid about these things as in my country this virus is rare. My gf is waiting for her blood test result for HSV antibodies for the mean time.. But she doesn't have any cold sores orally or genitally. I have been with her for 3 years. That's what I am confused about.. Would the virus stays on genitally or it would change its dormant to the back of my ear ? What are the chances will I be having these lesions/ulcers again ?
I assume you had a lesion culture that came back as hsv1+ from the genital lesions that you know you have hsv1 genitally?
Unless you get an obvious cold sore to know that you also have hsv1 orally, no way to know if it's only genital or if it's also oral. That said, you aren't going to transmit your hsv1 genital infection to anyone you aren't having sex with. Also hsv1 orally isn't transmitted thru sharing utensils. As adults, it's almost exclusively transmitted orally thru romantic type kissing.
Your gf had a herpes blood test that came back as hsv1+? Does she also have a history of cold sores?
No , you don't have to worry about herpes in the eyes or in the brain. Those are very rare complications and not worth worrying about.
