OK I HAVE GENITAL HERPES TYPE 2 I'VE HAD IT FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS I HAD ANOTHER OUT BREAK MY SECOND MONTH AND AFTER IT HEALED I SHAVED. I NOW HAVE SMALL BUMPS WITH CLEAR PUSS COMING OUT

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHATS GOING ON?

This could be your herpes or it could be something else which is why seeing your provider again is a good idea if this has occured since then. I know - it's  a pain to keep going back over and over again.  Yes you could have a recurrence 2 weeks later but as I said this might also be something else.

I just seen my doc to weeks ago and i was prescribed with more valtrex and I'm not sexually active ......... also i shave when the sore was not present I just want to know if it is possible for me to have another o b with in two weeks after taking my meds and in a different spot

Puss is never clear.  I think what you meant to say is that you have a clear drainage coming from these bumps.

At this point you need to go and see your provider. Do not shave the genital area again until this is completely  healed. Also I'd toss that razor and get a new one if you haven't already.
