Stop the topicals and switch to daily suppressive therapy with one of the herpes antivirals ( valtrex, acyclovir or famvir ) and your ob's should go down to 2 or 3 a year instead of monthly.

tea bags help reduce swelling and pain, they don't reduce ob's.

ive heard about a tip of using Tea bags to prevent outbreaks. After 2 1/2 yrs of the virus i still have monthly ob. Do u have any tips to reduce this?
