HSV 2 igm positive after 12 weeks -confused

SUMMARY:
Had 3 weeks of questionable symptoms ranging from mild painful urination, yellow penile discharge etc.
FIRST test: All negative except IGM 2+ HSV 2
SECOND test: with same blood sample using different test was negative for HSV 2 IGM at .80
bloody was drawn around 7 days
12 weeks 2 days took tests all came back negative except IGM HSV 2 at 1+ which was taken with a different test.
Can someone shed some light on this ordeal?
I’ve become increasingly frustrated and depressed that I’m back at square one.
