HSV Possible?

I had a couple of "happy ending" massages recently but engaged in no intercourse (vaginal or anal) and no oral sex.    We had body to body contact, she touched my anus, penis and scrotum and rest of my body as in a regular massage.

A few weeks after the first and few days after the second, I came down with a sore throat followed within hours by low grade fever both of which persisted for about 48 hours.   After 24 hours, I went to an urgent care clinic and was tested for Flu (negative) and Strep (negative) and put on a 5-day antibiotic which I started immediately.    Within 24 hours of starting antibiotics, the fever and sore throat and body aches were gone but I remained very fatigued and started to have post nasal drip and coughing.    Now, 8 days after the initial symptoms and 3 days after completing the anti biotic, the only symptoms I've had in 6 days is fatigue, a little sinus drainage and a cough - all of which are getting lesser daily.

But today, 8 days after the initial day of sore throat & fever, I have a 3 pimple looking blemishes between my belly button and my pubic hair.   There were none there as recently as 2 days ago.    One looks purple with no head on it as it is the oldest.   The other 2 look fresh with whitish heads surrounded by red.  Each entire blemish is probably 1/4 inch in diameter.    I'm not touching any of them and none of them is yet painful nor itchy.    As best as i can tell, no blisters or blemishes on my genitals yet.

Does all of what I describe above sound consistent with an initial outbreak of HSV1 or HSV2?

Lesions usually appear right before the flu like symptoms or at the same time.

Short answer. No, not at all. Handjobs are zero risk and your flu symptoms and pimples are not like hsv. Fever swollen painful groin lymph nodes and obvious lesions on your penis at the same time. You were at no risk at all.

Feelingundone:  Thank you very much for your response.   I think the pimple like outbreak I have noticed in the last 24 hours are exactly that - pimples.  Hard to see any of them very well but each appears isolated with a single white head and are NOT on the skin blisters holding clear liquid as I think HSV appears.   And none of the 3 are "clustered" with two about 1/2 an inch apart 2 inches above my pubic hair and the 3rd by itself a couple of inches higher than those near my navel.    Plus none of them itch or are painful yet.  Both description and location are completely inconsistent with HSV I think.

Just curious - In actual cases of HSV initial outbreak, when would the HSV lesions appear relative to the onset of other non-lesion symptoms like fever, swollen nodes, sore throat, etc.?  Would lesions typically be first, same time or could the lesions appear days to a week later?
