HSV Testing Results

Hello, I had unprotected vaginal and Oral sex the evening of March 11th with an unknown partner. I have been tested at 1 week, 6 weeks, and 9.5 weeks for most of your common stds. All have came back negative. From speaking with an expert they mentioned all my tests were conclusive except for Herpes which can take 12-16 weeks for an IGG blood test. I wanted to post my results from my three previous tests to see if they mean anything. The reason I am so nervous is I have had itchy scrotum/anus about 2 weeks post exposure that went away in a few days. I have had white tongue for the last few months that comes and goes. On the evening of May 13th a rash broke out on both of my ankles/ Lower calves and i had pain in both calves for about 2 weeks. Had it biopsied and came back as a viral exanthem but no erythema. Was originally put on famvir for 3 days by a medexpress doc but was taken off that when I saw my normal doctor. I also felt a slight irritation at the tip of my penis a week after exposure, which they found bacteria in my urine and put me on antibiotics and the slight irritation in my penis went away. I've had some urine dribbling and redness on my penis head but no bumps or lesions. My negative tests at 9.5 weeks included HIV, Syphillis, Herpes 1/2, Hep C and B. With all of the other being conclusive with the tests I took, here are the herpes result at each test. Any info on what they mean would be appreciated. Thanks!

1 week- HSV 1= 0.22
              HSV 2= 0.11

6 week- HSV 1= 0.28
              HSV 2= 0.15

9 week- HSV 1= 0.24
              HSV 2= 0.15

The range is
Less than .90 is negative
.90-1.10 is equivocal
Greater than 1.10 is positive

Last question is if the 3 days of famvir a few days before my 9.5 week test could change the test results. I was told no but am not sure. Thanks for all the help!

This still does not sound like hsv. If you had hsv lesions inside your urethra it would be extremely painful and it would also be rare to have them inside and not also on the outside as well.
Straining like that can cause the prostate to release some seamen. This is not herpes discharge as that would be when the sores pop and would have nothing to do with straining.
Hope this helps a little

Thanks for your quick response, and I appreciate the info about the percentage at 9 weeks. One thing I forgot to mention is that I have had occasional stinging in my penis but it's always been light nothing to painful and it's off an on at random times. Also, it's only happened twice since the exposure in March but when I have had to squeeze hard during a bowel movement a urine like discharge that is slightly white and cloudy has came out but only a few drops. Like I said, it's only happened twice in 12 weeks. Thanks again for your response.

Your symptoms don't suggest hsv and your test at 9.5 weeks is a great indicator that you do not have hsv. 90 +% would be positive by now. I highly doubt your tests will change at 12-16 weeks. Your meds didn't have an effect on your test
